Distribution of such work without the permission of the respective creators is an act of copyright infringement. All work shared on this site has been posted with the explicit consent of the owners of said content. If someone wishes to share content from this site, it’s highly encouraged to link directly to this site rather than reposting/reblogging/redistributing content without context. All works published on this site have been worked on diligently and all creators deserver credit for all of their hard work.


Privacy

Your privacy is important. We ask that you don’t share any information that you don’t feel comfortable with sharing. There are parts of this site that will prompt you to input your data such as: surveys, comments, and contact forms. You are not required to interact with these functions, but if you choose to, be aware of what information you feel safe sharing. When you input your information to use these functions, you are giving your consent for your info to be used to fulfill said functions.

Since this site is part of WordPress, other visitor information may be collected (IP Address, browser info, devices used to access the site, and operating system) but this info will not be logged or shared by Ignite: Phoenix Lit staff.

Contact forms

This site has contact forms where you can choose to input your information. By utilizing the contact form(s) on this site, you are surrendering any info required for said forms. We will not use this info without your permission outside of communicating with you. This information will not be shared or distributed unless we have gotten explicit permission from you.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
